Jardim da Cura Association is a Youth Empowerment Project in Madeira Island (Portugal) working with uniquely challenged youth from Germany (and other EU countries). We are interested in hiring Pädagogen who are willing to live here in Madeira Island and work with a youth for 6 months to 1 year. Jardim da Cura (Portuguese translation: Garden of Healing) is our name. We are a group of highly motivated people from Germany, Austria, Italy, the USA, England etc. who have created a holistic, spiritually oriented community based on the 5 elements of the earth and, in parallel, an experiential education program, and thus our faith follows, that Paradise exists on Mother earth and it just needs to be discovered again.

We are interested in anyone who has a pedagogical training, who enjoys working with young people and children and who has the courage to jump for his passion and his dream. Every Pädagogen will earn a monthly stipend which will cover all living expenses here in Madeira Island. Speaking German is a definite advantage!
